200 Audit and Accounting professionals attended our February 28 Seminar in downtown Tampa at the Hyatt Regency.

Dennis Dycus presently serves as the Director of the Division of Municipal Audit for the Office of the Comptroller of the Treasury, State of Tennessee. He opened the day with two great presentations on "My Favorite Frauds" and "Walkin', Talkin', Lookin' and Listenin'".

Jonny Frank leads PwC Fraud Risks & Controls, which assists clients and PwC audit teams to identify, prevent, detect, and remediate fraud.

Bill Warren joined Price Waterhouse in 1991 and is currently a director in PwC’s Fraud Risk and Controls practice. He and Jonny discussed "SOX Mandated Approach to Fraud for Public Companies".

Cynthia Cooper is most well-known for her role in uncovering the corporate fraud at WorldCom - to date the largest corporate fraud in history. She gave the keynote address at the Seminar.

Dr. Terry Engle, USF College of Business leads the panel discussion at the end of the day.
